We are building a modified Monaco at Kalina Estate, The Ponds with McDonald Jones Homes and have been dealing with absolutely fantastic team at MJH.

It's starting!!
After months of looking at lands, display homes, floorplans and contracts, we have officially started our build! I received a phone call from our Slab Supervisor advising us that they should start excavation today, and by Friday next week we are scheduled to be invited out for piering.
