We noticed, unfortunately after our walk through on Tuesday, that the direction of one of the sliding door would not be practical. We raised it with SS but haven't got any update whether he can still change it. Currently the sliding door in the dining room is opening to the corner, but we should have it opening to the kitchen to keep both sides of the corner free. Cross fingers he can make this happen!

We were tossing between white or black.. as we love the look of white sofa. It will be modern and very contemporary. But finally settled in on black sofa for the practically of having a 2-year-old.
We decided on a full grain leather sofa (the lady said it's top of the range leather). It needs to be made first so estimated delivery to the warehouse is end of April, and we have 4 weeks to get it delivered. So the timing should work well for us.
Hi we are building the Milano, I was just wondering did you put in high ceilings and did you specify that you wanted the bulk head above your master suite window that size. I've noted that the bulkheads in the display are larger. I've put in the 2.7 ceilings (we are one level we didn't do the split) and i'm concerned about where the bedroom window will be - yours look nice and high, I don't want mine so low you can see in it from the Alfresco.
ReplyDeleteHi Betsy,
DeleteYou're cjamum right? :) we do have the 2.7m high ceilings, and didn't change the bulkhead or window size. I know a few people in the forum has wrong window on the master bedroom, fortunately ours is correct. The display may have larger bulkheads as they are split level? Our window plan says it's 2245 OFF FFL and I think the bulkhead dimension is 600x2840.
